Dear Crestline Parents, Guardians and Students.
Under the guidelines of Ohio’s College Credit Plus Program, students in grades 7-12 may be accepted by participating colleges to take college courses.
This is a program to promote rigorous academic pursuits and to provide a wide variety of options to college-ready students. All students must meet
the standards established by the individual colleges for admission. Students may receive both high school and college credit for each course and they may
attend college as part or full time students. All costs are billed by the college to the Crestline Exempted Village School District. Students are still required
to meet eligibility standards set by the Ohio High School Athletic Association.
This is an excellent educational opportunity for highly motivated and academically strong students. If you are interested in learning more about
the College Credit Plus Program please plan on attending an informative CCP meeting on November 18 th at 6:00 for all area school districts at the Mid-Ohio
Educational Service Center located at 890 West Fourth Street. Enrollment Advisors from several area colleges will have links available with information
specific to their program. Additionally, there will be a financial aid meeting taking place for seniors and parents in a separate room from 6-7:00pm. Parents will have the opportunity to begin the FAFSA process. Questions can be directed to Mrs. Miller at CHS
Sincerely,
Penny Miller, School Counselor
Kevin Fourman, Principal
