Kindergarten Registration for Crestline Elementary SCHOOL

2023-2024 School Year

Crestline Exempted Village Schools Kindergarten registration will run from March 6th, 2023, through April 14th, 2023. Children must be five years of age as of August 1st, 2023, to be eligible to attend. Parents who wish to register their children for the 2023-2024 school year should contact the elementary school secretary.

Any child enrolling in school for the first time must be screened for vision, hearing, speech and language, developmental delays, and other health or medical conditions. A combined registration and screening days will be held at Crestline Elementary on April 26th from 8:20 am to 3:00 pm and April 27th from noon to 6:00 pm.

Proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement), birth certificate, immunization records, parent’s driver’s license, and custody papers, if applicable, should be brought to the school the day of the child’s screening.

Enrollment forms can be picked up at the elementary office Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
