The Crawford & Morrow County Spelling Bee was held on Thursday, January 19th. Participants from Crestline included Trinity Spackey (Crestline's District Champion), Jateona Ware, Landon Bayes, and Krystal Monroe.

Landon successfully qualified for the Tri-County Spelling Bee. The Tri-County Spelling Bee will take place on Thursday, February 9th at 6:30 PM at Mid-Ohio in Mansfield.

As the district champion, Trinity will soon have the opportunity to take the online regional qualifying test through Scripps. This test will determine if she is invited to the regional spelling bee, where she will compete in order to advance to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in May.

We are very proud of all our spellers and wish both Landon and Trinity good luck as they move forward with their spelling competitions.
